Biography:

 

Councillor Joe Cullinane was first elected as a Labour Councillor in 2012 and represents the Kilwinning Ward.  He held the position of Leader of North Ayrshire Council from August 2016 to May 2022 when there was a change to the Administration following the Scottish Local Government Election.  Councillor Cullinane is the Leader of the Labour Group.
