In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be held on a predominantly remote basis in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 2003.  As part of a hybrid meetings pilot, a small number of Committee Members will, by prior arrangement, also be permitted to attend in person. 

Where the meeting is open to the public, a very limited public gallery will also be available, with attendance by prior arrangement by contacting Committee Services (committeeservices@north-ayrshire.gov.uk).  Such meetings will also be live-streamed for wider viewing and available to view at https://north-ayrshire.public-i.tv/core/portal/home.  In the event that live-streaming is not possible, a recording of the meeting will instead be available to view at this location.

Members are requested to give notice of any declarations of interest in respect of items of business on the Agenda.

The accuracy of the Minutes of the Meeting held on 20 October 2021 will be confirmed and the Minutes signed in accordance with Paragraph 7 (1) of Schedule 7 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (copy enclosed). 

Submit report by the Head of Democratic Services on hearings to be determined and applications for grant or renewal of licences and permits, all in terms of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (copy enclosed). 

Any other items which the Chair considers to be urgent.
