North Ayrshire Council welcomes the attendance of members of the public at meetings of the Council and its committees.  You can find the calendar of meeting dates, and information on your rights to access meeting documents elsewhere on the website.

Members of the public can now subscribe to receive alerts relating to meetings of the Council and its committees.  You can sign up to receive alerts for all meetings of the Council and committees or you can choose alerts related to particular committees. 

Currently, alerts will notify you by email whenever new meetings of the Council or a committee are scheduled or when arrangements for a meeting change or a meeting is cancelled.  You will also be advised when meeting documents (agendas, reports and minutes) are published on the website.    

To receive alerts you must be a subscriber to our Committee Management Information System (CMIS). To subscribe to CMIS simply go to the subscription page and enter your details.  Once we receive your subscription request we will review it and send you an email with your login details.  Once you login, you can manage your own alerts subscriptions from the 'My Pages' section at the top of the screen.
