We aim to publish agendas for meetings at least 3 days before the meeting date. Some items of business may however be exempted in terms of the relevant provisions of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.  Such items are not published.   Minutes of meetings are normally published within 5 days after a meeting takes place.
