Councillor Tom Marshall was first elected as a Conservative representative for the North Coast and Cumbraes Ward in May 2012. Following the Scottish Local Government Elections in May 2022 he now represents the North Coast Ward. Councillor Marshall is a member of the North Coast and Cumbraes Locality Partnership.
